QDA Business Center is a project of the Quetta Development Authority at the Old Fruit & Vegetable Market on Sirki Road. View the building designs, compare shops and offices, and check how to apply.

Phase 1 (formerly Block A) has 909 shops and 169 offices across Towers A–D. Choose a phase, floor, tower and category to compare spaces. Areas are shown in square feet (sq ft).

How to apply
for a shop.

Follow these steps to apply and take part in the shop auction. Ask our team about the process for offices.

Choose your shops

View the shop list and choose the shops you want to bid for at auction. Choosing a shop does not reserve it.

Check fees and enter your details

Check the fees. Enter your name as written on your CNIC (identity card), your CNIC number and your mobile number.

03

Pay using your payment voucher

Pay using the voucher from the booking website. Keep your receipt.

04

Attend the auction

Bring your original CNIC to the auction. You must attend in person to place a bid. The Auction Committee manages the bidding.

05

Complete the next steps

If your bid is successful, you will receive an allotment slip. Make your payments on the dates given by QDA.

Bring your original CNICاپنا اصل شناختی کارڈ لائیں

Staff check your booking and give you a numbered token for the auction.عملہ آپ کی بکنگ چیک کر کے نیلامی کے لیے نمبر والا ٹوکن دے گا۔

Bid in personخود آ کر بولی دیں

The Auction Committee takes bids in the hall. Selecting a shop online does not reserve it.نیلامی کمیٹی ہال میں بولیاں لے گی۔ آن لائن دکان منتخب کرنے سے وہ آپ کے لیے محفوظ نہیں ہوتی۔

Receive your allotment slipالاٹمنٹ سلپ حاصل کریں

The winning bidder receives a signed allotment slip and pays the shop price on QDA’s schedule.کامیاب بولی دہندہ کو دستخط شدہ الاٹمنٹ سلپ ملے گی۔ دکان کی قیمت QDA کے شیڈول کے مطابق ادا ہوگی۔

Where is QDA Business Center located?

Are the gallery images photographs?

No. These are 3D images of the planned design, not photographs of completed buildings. The final design may change.
